On September 26th of September 2024 there was a disco party because our PB4L counter have got full. The disco party started 4:30pm to 6:00pm. We had a pack of chips and a fizzy bottle and a glow stick necklace. When people walked in they were surprised they are lots of people inside and the DJ was dancing too. People think it was the best night ever.

I was dancing with my friends and sitting down to have a rest. Some people was doing the worm and sliding like football players slide. It was amazing and the lights was awesome too. If you have a disco party stand up and dance it might not do a disco again, if you are sitting and watching stand up and sing or dance.

When someone glow stick necklace broke there was no more glow sticks so I gave that girl one of my glow stick necklace because I had 2 glow stick necklace. My favourite part in the disco when we had a dance battle and the train. When it was 6:00pm we got into our classes and I went to my teacher, then we waited for our parents to pick up their children, and that was the end of the disco party.

Beyoncé quickly became one of the biggest stars in the world, known for her energetic shows and strong messages about empowerment.

Beyoncé didn’t just stop with music. She also became an actress, appearing in movies like “Dreamgirls” and “The Lion King.” She used her fame to support important causes, like helping young girls and fighting for equality. She often shares messages of love and strength in her songs, encouraging her fans to be confident and follow their dreams.

In 2018, Beyoncé made history by becoming the first Black woman to headline the Coachella music festival. She performed some of her biggest hits and paid tribute to Black culture. Beyoncé continues to inspire people around the world with her talent, creativity, and dedication to making a difference, showing everyone that they can achieve their dreams no matter where they come from.

Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, known simply as Adele, was born on May 5, 1988, in Tottenham, London. From a young age, she loved music and often sang in school. Adele was inspired by famous artists like Etta James and Ella Fitzgerald. She started writing her own songs when she was just a teenager, and her powerful voice quickly caught the attention of many people.

In 2008, Adele released her first album called “19.” The album was named after her age when she wrote many of the songs. It included hit songs like “Chasing Pavements,” which made her very popular. People loved her heartfelt lyrics and amazing voice. Soon, she won her first Grammy Award, which is a special prize for musicians.

Adele’s second album, “21,” came out in 2011 and was even more successful. It included famous songs like “Rolling in the Deep” and “Someone Like You.” This album helped her win more Grammy Awards and made her one of the best-selling music artists in the world. Fans admired her for being real and relatable, and her songs often spoke about love and heartbreak.

After taking a break to focus on her life, Adele returned with her third album, “25,” in 2015. It included the hit song “Hello,” which everyone was singing. Adele continued to win awards and break records with her music. Known for her beautiful voice and down-to-earth personality, Adele remains a beloved figure in the music world, inspiring many with her incredible talent.

First, we started off with learning what the 4 walls mean of a hauora. They are spiritual, physical, metal and  family well being. Also we were learning how to feel our pulse, Mrs Anderson showed us how to feel our pulse and we did in 20 seconds and we got into partners. 

Next, we talked about pulse and how to find it on our bodies. The pulse is the feeling of our heartbeat. We paired up with a classmate to check each other’s pulse on the neck or wrist. This helped us understand our heart’s health better. Then Mrs Anderson put on 20 seconds on the TV to do her heart pulse then wrote it on the whiteboard then times it by 3.

Then, Mrs Anderson asked Eneasi to give out whiteboards and whiteboard markers. To give it to 1 of the partners, we went outside. Then 1 person jogged on the spot and the other person wait for 20 seconds, then the other person checked their pulse then wrote it on the whiteboard and then they chose their position.

Lastly, we discuss why the athletes are different from us, that. They have a different heart rate than us when we were jogging. We had lots of fun and I hope you have a wonderful day.

**Bill Gates: A Tech Superstar**

Bill Gates is a famous American businessman and computer expert, best known for starting Microsoft, one of the biggest computer software companies in the world. He was born on October 28, 1955, in Seattle, Washington. As a kid, Bill loved to read and learn about computers, which were very new at that time. He was so interested in technology that he even created his first computer program when he was just 13 years old!

In 1975, when Bill was a young adult, he teamed up with his friend Paul Allen to create Microsoft. Their goal was to make software that would help people use computers more easily. This was a big deal because lots of people wanted to use computers, but there weren’t many programs available. Microsoft grew quickly and became very popular, especially with the release of Windows, a computer operating system that many people use today.

Beyond building Microsoft, Bill Gates is also known for his work in helping others. In 2000, he and his wife Melinda started the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This charity focuses on improving health and education around the world. They give money to help fight diseases, provide clean water, and make sure more kids can go to school. Bill believes that everyone should have a chance to live a healthy and happy life.

Today, Bill Gates is not only a successful businessman but also a philanthropist, which means he gives money and time to help people in need. He has inspired many people to use their skills and resources to make the world a better place. Even though he stepped down from daily work at Microsoft, Bill continues to work on important causes and shares his ideas about technology and helping others with everyone!

Elon Musk is a very famous businessman and inventor who was born in South Africa on June 28, 1971. When he was a kid, he loved reading books and playing with computers. He moved to the United States to study at big universities like the University of Pennsylvania. Elon always dreamed of creating amazing things and making the world a better place.

One of the coolest things Elon Musk did was start a company called SpaceX. SpaceX builds rockets and wants to send people to Mars, which is another planet! Elon’s goal is to help humans live on other planets someday. SpaceX has already made history by landing rockets back on Earth safely, which was a big deal.

Elon Musk also helped make electric cars popular with his company Tesla. Tesla makes cars that run on electricity instead of gasoline, which helps the environment. These cars are really fast and look super cool. Tesla is helping people drive in a way that’s better for our planet.

Besides SpaceX and Tesla, Elon has been involved in other projects like building tunnels for cars to travel quickly and creating a new kind of high-speed train. He works hard to turn his big ideas into reality. Elon Musk is known for dreaming big and never giving up, which inspires many people around the world.

Taylor Swift is a well-known singer and songwriter who was born on December 13, 1989, in Reading, Pennsylvania. From when she was a little girl, she loved music and started singing in talent shows and school plays. When she was just 14 years old, her family moved to Nashville, Tennessee, which is known for country music. Taylor wanted to become a country star, so she took a big chance and moved to Nashville to follow her dreams.

Her big break came with a song called “Tim McGraw,” which she released when she was just 16. The song was a huge hit and helped her become famous in the country music world. As she grew up, Taylor began to change her music style from country to pop. She released many successful albums, such as “Fearless” and “1989,” and became one of the biggest pop stars in the world.

Taylor Swift is not only known for her music but also for her kindness and generosity. She often supports charities and helps people in need. For example, she has donated money to support education, disaster relief, and more. Taylor also loves spending time with her fans, and she makes an effort to connect with them, whether through social media or special events.
